Adding a coach to multiple sessions

1. Go to sessions page

When in the calendar there are 5 views you can use. Select the agenda view on the calendar

2. Select the sessions

You will see a list of sessions that you can choose from to add a coach to. Check the sessions you want to add them to. If sessions do not appear use the filter to extend the date range.

3. Select Assign Athletes button

4. Pick the coaches you want to add to the session

You will see a list of sessions at the top of the page. At the very bottom you will have a list of coaches. Select the coaches you want to add.

5. Select the permissions for the coaches

 

Assign & Add Permissions will add the selected coaches to the sessions.
